A few words about the process

 
 

The thought of selling albums in your business can feel overwhelming, I am more than happy to help you implement this new revenue stream into your business and make it as streamlined & stress free as possible. With outsourcing the album design, your only responsibility is exchanging a few emails with clients and the rest is left to me. Basically I act as your in-house designer on a need be basis.

 
 

 

1. BOOK YOUR ALBUM ORDER

Place your order in my Calendly book system and then fill in the online order form. A new booking must be placed for each design.  

There will be a non refundable retainer required before designing can commence. The remaining design cost will be required once album has been approved.

2. UPLOAD  

Upload your image selection to a shared Dropbox folder or send through a link from your online gallery. (Images are to be JPGs high res 300dpi)

Please ensure your images are ready and submitted before your scheduled booking date to guarantee that work can commence on that date.

3. FIRST DRAFT IS CREATED

Once I receive your images and deposit, I will start your book design. I will have the first draft ready for you in 7 business days.

4. UPLOADING DRAFT FOR YOU/ YOUR CLIENTS TO APPROVE

Each draft will be sent to you via Album Exposure which is an online program. If you prefer a different proofing program please let me know. Changes will be ready in around 2-3 business days.

Three sets of revisions are included in the design fee. 

5. DESIGN COMPLETION

Once the design is approved, I will send you an invoice for the remaining cost of the design. I will then complete final checks on the files and send them back to you ready for you to upload to your album supplier.

Final files will be ready in around 2-3 business days.
